I transferred the Manaphy egg from Ranger to my Pokemon Diamond. I looked in both my party and PC, and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Do I need to talk to someone or go somewhere to actually get it in the game? Please answer if you know.

Go to any pokemart and talk to the guy in green.

Go to any pokemart after transfering the egg over, and then talk to the guy in a green suit. You must have 1 spot open in your party first though.
You still may have to transfer it to Diamond or Pearl. If you have done so, you will find a person in a green suit in any Pokemart; Not the Pokemart in Veilstone City by the way. That person in the green suit will give you the Manaphy egg.
